Meet Our New Telecom Support Analyst: Davis Blackmon

This time, we’re thrilled to welcome aboard our new Telecom Support Analyst, a position critical to ensuring our commitment to outstanding customer support. Our goal is to exceed customer expectations through efficient, accurate, and friendly technical assistance. Our new team member, Davis is ready to bring her unique background and passion for technology into every customer interaction.

Davis started in the world of literature and social sciences, before finding a passion for technology and the continuous learning and challenges it provides. Before joining Loop, she developed skills in various tech support roles, dealing with everything from mobile apps and devices to SQL databases. We are so excited to have her expertise onboard! Her responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-level contact and resolution for customer issues.
  • Escalating queries to ensure swift resolution.
  • Tracking and directing problems to appropriate resources.
  • Updating customer data and generating reports.
  • Walking customers through the problem-solving process.
