Before transitioning into the tech world, Michael spent several years in the restaurant industry, excelling as both a sous chef and a pastry chef. His culinary career was marked by creativity, precision, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Michael pivoted to technology, taking on the role of a communications specialist. His technical skills have long been cultivated as a hobby through building computers, modding, and beta-testing video games. This hands-on experience in technical support laid the foundation for his professional journey in the tech sector.
Michael began his professional technical support career with Software as a Solution, where he developed a deep understanding of customer needs and tech solutions.
