We have been going for breakfast since it opened in 2005. My favorites are the Avocado Omelette and Southwestern Omelette.

On Saturday mornings year round, you can find an amazing selection of local food. The open air building on the right as you drive in is all local folks. You’ll find local folks in the other 2 buildings on that side as well.

Carnivore? Visit Underwood Family Farms in the all local building for beef, lamb, pork, veal, and certified organic raw milk, Windy Hill Farm for beef, lamb, chicken, duck, turkey, and pork, Grateful Growers Farm for pork, the list goes on. Underwood Family Farms has great bratwurst, Italian sausage, and fresh chorizo! Most of the meat folks take pre-orders.

Vegetarian? Visit Nise’s Herbs, A Way of Life Farm, Laughing Owl Farm, Tega Hills Farm, and all the other great vegetable farmers you can find year round or seasonally. If you’re a hot pepper fan, Nise’s has an awesome selection in the late summertime. You can find hard to find items like Jerusalem artichokes and horseradish with Laughing Owl Farms too! Tega Hills Farm has a wonderful selection of hydroponically grown lettuces, shoots, and other vegetables. Their Lolla Rossa and Greek Oakleaf lettuces are my go to salad blend.

Pescarian? Lucky Fish and Fish On Seafood Company are the ones to visit. Fish On had monkfish one Saturday morning. I bought flounder, I have a three-year-old. 

Cheese Lover? Visit Uno Alla Volta Cheese for fresh mozzarella, ricotta, burrata, cottage cheese, butter, marinated feta, and goat cheeses. They do seasonal ricotta flavors. I may or may not be guilty of just eating their Mexican Chocolate Ricotta by the spoonful. Bosky Acres is a local goat cheese vendor with awesome options too!

You can also find locally made pasta sauces, salsa, fresh roasted coffee, and more. It really is a great place to visit on a Saturday morning, just go early especially in the spring and summer!
