Xan Young is a recent graduate from Francis Marion University with a BBA in MIS. During her time in school, she participated in various organizations that have all played a vital role in shaping the person she is today.
With technology constantly evolving and changing, Xan pursued this field to show her creativity and innovation. She has a keen interest in learning new skills and applying them to real-world scenarios.
Before joining Loop Communications, Xan worked in IT support. With this background, she is able to leverage both customer service experience and knowledge in technology into this role as a Telecom Support Analyst. She is dedicated to providing each customer with a personable and professional interaction.
What Does a Telecom Support Analyst Do?
As a Telecom Support Analyst, Xan is responsible for:
- Providing first-level contact and resolution for customer issues.
- Escalating queries to ensure swift resolution.
- Tracking and directing problems to appropriate resources.
- Updating customer data and generating reports.
- Walking customers through the problem-solving process.
Xan works closely with our other support analysts, engineers, and account managers to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and solutions.

When she is not busy solving customer problems, Xan enjoys being outside in nature, cooking, indulging in arts and crafts, and working on her car. She tends to find nature and art give her the ability to be free and open to the unexpected.
Xan is eager and excited to expand her scope of technology and gain knowledge from everyone on the team. She is looking forward to meeting and working with our customers and partners!
